St. Mary's of French Hill Redevelopment, LLC
The applicant(s) proposes to develop 36 units of condomium style housing at the site of the former St. Mary's Church, at 26 Broad St. Lot coverage may not exceed 30% for residential uses in a Residence C zoning district. The proposal shows 50.9% which exceeds the maximum allowed. (Chapter 200-43 and Table 200-41) Being Map 80, Parcels 61, 61A, 67 & 68.
